Group Coaching
Positive Intelligence (PQ) group coaching is a specific form of coaching focused on improving mental fitness by training your brain to choose its response to situations.
Core concept:
Humans have two sides: Saboteurs (negative self-talk and behaviors) and Sage (calm, clear, resourceful self)
PQ Coaching helps you identify your Saboteurs and learn to shift your mindset towards your Sage in challenging situations.
Structure - It's a 7-week program with:
- Weekly video sessions
- App-guided daily practice including exercises and challenges
- 5-person accountability group ("pod") for peer support
- Access to an online community for additional resources and interaction.
